In this issue of the MetroIntelligence Economic Update, I covered the following indicators:
- April new home sales up 2.2 percent from April and by nearly 20 percent year-over-year
- April FHFA House Price Index rose 0.3 percent from March and 5.3 percent year-over-year
- Total durable goods orders dipped 1.8 percent in May but non-aircraft orders rose 0.5 percent
