FHFA: May home prices up 0.7 percent from April and 6.8 percent year-on-year
U.S. house prices
rose in April, up 0.7 percent from the previous month, according to the Federal
Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) seasonally adjusted monthly House Price Index
(HPI). From April 2016 to April 2017,
house prices were up 6.8 percent.
